Fornax Robotics builds systems that are designed for specific industrial use-cases where human access is limited, risky, or noncompliant. Every product in our portfolio is the outcome of targeted research, iterative engineering, and rigorous validation.

Ensuring the swi􀈅 and effective removal of dirt, grime, and tough stains from surfaces, our robots possess high-pressure washing capabilities. With precision and efficiency, they rejuvenate various materials, leaving them pristine and renewed.

Additionally, our robots are equipped with hydro blasting features, harnessing the power of high-pressure water to eradicate stubborn stains and contaminants from surfaces. This method is particularly suited for cleaning robust materials like weeds, slags, and other hard surfaces, resulting in a thorough and impeccable finish.

When faced with surfaces requiring more aggressive treatments, our robots seamlessly transition to sand blasting/abrasive blasting. By deploying abrasive materials such as grits, they effectively combat persistent stains and corrosion, restoring surfaces to their original glory.

Our flagship cleaning robot is engineered for interior cleaning of hull, cleaning of boilers, tanks, and confined refinery structures. Featuring a high-pressure (500-bar) water jet, 180° mechanical cleaning arm, and a magnetic climbing mechanism, the system is capable of operating on vertical and inverted surfaces with high precision.

Designed to navigate through narrow 450mm x 450mm manholes, it integrates a smart PLCHMI control suite, high-definition video vision, and modular sensors for remote diagnostics and automated programmability. Engineered to withstand heat, dust, corrosive residues, and structural variation, it offers unmatched efficiency while ensuring zero human exposure to hazardous zones.
